In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from e-SmartLiving, contact us. We offer a 30 day return policy on our products. During this time we will refund in full (less shipping and a 10-25% restocking fee, depending on the product) if the product has not been installed and is shipped back in its original box. If the unit is faulty, we replace it at no charge.
Return procedure
It is important that you contact us in advance for a return address and Return Authorization Number (RA#) which we will use to properly credit your account when we receive the returned item. Return shipments not clearly marked with a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#) may be refused or not properly credited to your account. We recommend that all packages returned to us or the manufacturer be insured and that you obtain a tracking number from your shipping provider. e-SmartLiving is not responsible for product lost or damaged while being returned to us for any reason. We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to be sent within 2-4 business days of our receiving your return.
